Partner Murph

It’s a little bit strange that we haven’t done “Murph” yet in our first 10 months at CFKI, as it’s by far the most famous Hero WOD, and let’s be honest – you all are Hero WODers from way back.  It also may be the most challenging, and although we will split this workout down the middle between two partners, that will also add a degree of difficulty as you’ll have to plan out your strategy and then communicate all the way through.  Good luck, and Hooyah Murph! (a Penn Stater, btw)

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Partner “Murph”
Split the following work between two partners:
– Run 1 mile
– 100 Pullups
– 200 Pushups
– 300 Squats
– Run 1 mile
Additional rules:
– Each person must start and finish the workout with an 800M run.
– The pullups, pushups, and squats can be performed in any order, and do not have to be finished before moving on to another movement.
– Partners can be working on different movements at the same time if desired.
