Skillwork: Every minute for 10 minutes, Snatch 3 reps at 70% of your 1RM
Work Capacity:
Every minute for 10 minutes:
– 5 Push-ups
– 10 Squats
– As many Double-Unders as possible in the remaining portion of the minute
CrossFit Light (7am)
5 rounds for time:
– Run 400M
– 10 Ring Push-ups
– 10 Evil Wheels (you have to come to find out what that is! … or check out YouTube…)
