– 1 Power Clean, 115/75 lbs
– 2 Front Squats, 115/75 lbs
– 3 Push Jerks, 115/75 lbs
– 4 Back Squats, 115/75 lbs
Scale this one according to your goals. Want to lose weight? Go light and blast through as many rounds as you can, with little rest in between rounds — your goal is 20+ rounds. Want to work on your strength-stamina? Feel free to “scale up” to a heavier weight and shoot for 10+ rounds.
