21 Gun Salute

Happy (late) Memorial Day!  I hope everyone had an amazing long weekend and found the time to relax with family and friends.  And if you know anyone who has given their life in the service of their country, if you haven’t yet please take a moment to remember them and their family.
I did this workout on Monday at CrossFit Harbor East and had to share it with you all, it’s a keeper!  They have a great place there, by the way – definitely worth a visit if you’re in Baltimore and up for a workout with great coaches and super-friendly athletes.

21 Firemans Carry Back Squat
21 Burpee Box Jumps
21 Pullups
then Partner #2 executes
then Partner #1 again
then Partner #2 again
