Here’s the third of the gymnastics-only benchmarks, this one a “chipper” where you knock each movement out in equal parts.  Don’t look ahead, just keep plugging away where you are.  Be patient with your pullup and pushup endurance, and then blast through those situps and squats!

– 100 Pullups
– 100 Pushups
– 100 Situps
– 100 Squats
