Hey there teammates!  Hope everyone had a sweet weekend, and ready for Week 5 of the CrossFit Games season, culminating on Friday with the final CrossFit Open workout.  What’s it going to be?  Start pondering and I’ll set up another post for you to make your picks.  Dustin is the only one so far that has grabbed that free month membership!
Skillwork:  Handstand (holds, pushups, walks)

– 30 Pistols (One-legged Squats)
