– 3 rounds for max total Double-Unders:
– Partner A does 10 Deadlifts at 80% of 1RM, while Partner B does AMRAP Double-Unders
– Partner B does 10 Deadlifts at 80% of 1RM, while Partner A does AMRAP Double-Unders
– This workout is not scored by time, but there is a 10-minute time limit to finish
