Dana demo’d the workout for us tonight and set the bar at 30 reps (through the 9 Clean & Jerks and then 3 more Toes to Bar). Dana’s advice to everyone: Go unbroken on the Toes to Bar, but take a breath between each C&J so you don’t run into “I need a long break” trouble.

As many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
– 3 Clean and Jerks, 135/95 lbs
– 3 Toes to Bar
– 6 Clean and Jerks, 135/95 lbs
– 6 Toes to Bar
– 9 Clean and Jerks, 135/95 lbs
– 9 Toes to Bar
– 12 Clean and Jerks, 135/95 lbs
– 12 Toes to Bar
And so on!
