Hey all – coming off a long weekend capped by the GoRuck Challenge in Annapolis on Saturday night (with Craig, Heather, Byron and Matis also in attendance from CFKI!), I am totally beat right now but looking forward to getting back into our Squat Clean technique on Monday.  Hope you all had good ones too, see you soon!

– 3 Squat Cleans (use weight from 5th set above)
– 10 Burpee Pullups
