Stamina: “Death by Snatches”
– With a continuously running clock, perform 1 Snatch the first minute, 2 Snatches the second minute, 3 Snatches the third minute, etc. until you cannot complete the required work within the minute.
– Rx weight is 75/45 lbs
– Technique can be Power Snatch or Squat Snatch
