For those of you who have done “Fight Gone Bad” before, you’ll recognize this format. For a warmup we’ll work on each movement and talk about how to maximize efficiency. Each of these movements has a “trick” that can get you a few more reps once you master it (and they’re not hard!)

Work Capacity:
3 rounds of the following for max reps:
– 1 minute Row (count calories as reps)
– 1 minute Pullups
– 1 minute KB Swings, 35/18 lbs
– 1 minute GHD Situps
– 1 minute rest
