– 10 Deadlifts, 115/75 lbs
– 5 Snatches, 115/75 lbs
followed immediately by
6 minutes to establish 1RM Clean and Jerk
Scaling options are 85/55 lbs for Scaled Men/Women and Teens, and Hanging Knee Raises rather than Toes to Bar
