For those that have pistols nailed, scale this one up to an Overhead Pistol Squat (with a PVC pipe).  This will force the issue of keeping a relatively upright torso, which is the next step toward making those pistols more consistent.

Work Capacity:
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
– 10 yard Handstand Walk
– 1 Rope Climb
– 10 Pistol Squats
