Thanks to everyone who helped us out painting the new gym this weekend.  We are still not ready to nail down a move-in date because we are waiting on construction to be completed inside, but it will be soon!
This week after a couple weeks of testing maxes and deloading, we’ll get back into a more structured strength program, followed by some quick but intense conditioning WODs.  We’ll also get some practice with one of the ESAC WODs on Thursday.
