Thanks to everyone who was there on Saturday to help move a bunch of equipment from the current gym to the sweet new locale at Matapeake Beach.  Those of you that got to see the new digs know that we are moving from a garage gym to a hangar gym!  We’re so excited to move our operations to the new space, but for the next week we will still be WOD’ing at the current location, 1010 Butterworth Ct.
On Monday we’ll try out the 3rd individual WOD in the upcoming ESAC, the last remaining workout we haven’t tackled yet.  We don’t know how far the initial run will be at the ESAC, but in order to make it quick this time we’ll go with a fast 200M.
