Filthy Fifty

This is not a benchmark WOD, but one of the few others that has earned a nickname and become a staple in many CrossFitters’ repertoire.  Stay focused on completing one set of 50 at a time, don’t let your mind stray ahead to what’s next.  Stay positive – instead of “this sucks”, tell yourself “I’m doing great, I got this”.  And, finally, don’t go out too fast.  Keep an 80% pace in the beginning and when you have the finish line in your sights, get after it!

– 50 Box Jumps, 24/20″
– 50 Jumping Pull-ups
– 50 KB Swings, 35/26 lbs
– 50 Walking Lunges
– 50 Knees to Elbows
– 50 Push Presses, 45/35 lbs
– 50 Back Extensions
– 50 Wallballs, 20/14 lb ball
– 50 Burpees
– 50 Double-unders
