Pistols are definitely the toughest lower-body gymnastic move that we do in CrossFit.  But they’re not impossible!  Tomorrow we’ll work on finding the correct bottom position and working up from there.
Skillwork:  Pistol Squats

– 50 Pistols, alternating legs
– 30 Hang Cleans, 135/95 lbs
