If you can Clean and Jerk 135/95 lbs with good technique but it’s a heavy lift, GOOD! You’re getting strong. Now do it repeatedly to develop some stamina, even if it takes you a long time! If you are already on the experienced side with this one, it’s time to knock a minute off! If you can do “Grace” in 2 minutes or less, scale up the weight this time and make sure you’re signed up for the Open!
