Nice work on that long workout today, people!  Double-Unders are starting to not be so much of an advantage to some, as others are quickly picking up that skill and plowing through them!
On Tuesday we’ll go heavy overhead, looking to establish a 5-rep max Overhead Squat and then using that for good instead of evil in a fun EMOM workout.  Our warmup will be a progression through the Squat Snatch.
Strength:  Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Every minute for 10 minutes:
– 1 Power Snatch
– 1 Overhead Squat
– 1 Squat Snatch
Use the same weight for the Stamina WOD as the last set of Overhead Squats.
