The 6:30pm class warming up with some squats!

Monster work today on “Jackie”!  Everyone’s time keeps plummeting on these benchmark WODs, and the best example was Andy today – his previous time was a respectable 9:50, but he blasted it today with a 7:07, a new gym record!
Great to have Tracy joining our group classes for the first time too!  Welcome!
Strength:  Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
Stamina:  6 minute AMRAP of Burpees or Double-Unders (decided by a coin flip!)
