Strength:
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
– 5 Front Squats + 2 Box Jumps (as high as possible). Increase in weight each round if possible, but keep the box height the same.
Work Capacity:
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
– Run 200M + as many Overhead Squats as possible, 135/95 lbs
CrossFit Light (7am)
Strength: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
Work Capacity:
5 rounds for time:
– 3 Deadlifts, 95/65 lbs
– 6 Push Press, 65/35 lbs
– 9 Burpees
