The KIHS wrestling squad after a cold, wet workout

Oh man, we’re in ESAC Week!  Very similar to Shark Week, except instead of making you not want to go in the water, it’s going to make you want to do CrossFit all day, every day.  I’m not competing this time since I’m running the show, but I already have a high level of adrenaline coursing through my veins with excitement for you guys.
On Saturday we had 15 of the Kent Island HS wrestlers here for a pretty sweet workout – we had Handstand Pushups and Tire Flips on the menu, but they were inquisitive about the rings so Byron and I ended up giving an impromptu lesson on kipping muscle-ups and pullups.  Then the lightweights went head-to-head against the heavyweights in a 20-min AMRAP of HSPUs, Tire Flips, and running, and everyone gave max effort.  It was pretty awesome!
