CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
Strength:
Every minute for 10 minutes, 1 Snatch Balance.
Start with a light weight and increase when it’s easy.  If it’s not easy, don’t go up in weight but feel free to add more reps per minute to get some practice!
Speed:
3 rounds for time:
– Run 200M
– 10 Burpees
