Monday was chock-full of Cleans, with a 1RM test and then right into Grace! There were strong lifts happening all over the place, and terrific stamina on display. Check out the comments on Monday’s WOD posting for some sweet specs.
Tuesday will be a long chipper – a good workout here will be had by those that can focus on the task at hand and try not to look ahead!
