– 30 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
– 15 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs
Endurance:
Every minute for 8 minutes, Run 200M
CrossFit Light (7am)
4 rounds for max reps:
– Row 40 seconds (for max calories)
– Rest 20 seconds
– KB Swing (35/18 lbs) 40 seconds
– Rest 20 seconds
– Jump Rope 40 seconds
– Rest 20 seconds
