Time to give the weights a rest for a bit and get back into some Double-Unders.  We’ll practice for a bit, and then pair them up with a longer set of pullups and burpees for a workout to test your endurance and mental fortitude to keep going.

– 100 Double-Unders
– 20 Pullups
– 30 Burpees
