As I write this it is pouring and doesn’t look like it will let up for the next day… so we’ll have an inside day on Monday, working on pull-up and muscle-up technique, followed by a quick blaster that will test your mental will to continuously “get one more”.

30 Burpee Muscle-ups for time
– Depending on your skill level, scale the workout as required:
– Rx’d:  Ring Muscle-ups
– Beasts:  Bar Muscle-ups
– Wild Animals:  Chest-to-Bar Pullups
– Wolf Pups:  Ring Pullups (rings as high as you can pull up to)
