If you’re up for a longer weightlifting challenge, this one is for you. Linda is a classic CrossFit workout in the sense that it takes relatively heavy lifting and makes it a cardio burner just by adding the words “for time”!

– Deadlift, 1.5 x bodyweight
– Bench Press, 1 x bodyweight
– Clean, 0.75 x bodyweight
