Back to the rings on Thursday for some skillwork on ring rows, dips, and muscle-ups.  Every time you get on the rings you’ll get more comfortable and they’ll stop shaking as much!

– 30 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
– 7 Muscle-ups (scaled to 21 Pullups + 21 Dips)
– 20 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
– 5 Muscle-ups (scaled to 15 Pullups + 15 Dips)
