CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
Strength:  Deadlift 3@70%, 3@80%, 3@90% 1RM
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
– Run 200M
– Farmers Carry 200M with 2 kettlebells (70/53 lbs each)
