Strength WOD (4:30pm)
Strength: Back Squat 4×5 @ 80% 1RM
Stamina:
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
– 20 Box Step-ups, 70/53 lbs in one hand
– 50M Farmers Carry, 70/53 lbs in one hand
– 10 Tire Flips, 300/200 lbs
