Before I get started today, let me lay some facts on you about how awesome you all are.  I had the best time previously on “Annie”, our WOD for Wednesday.  It was from a year and a half ago, but still, the best time in the gym for any workout is usually pretty decent.  Out of the 15 people that completed the workout as Rx’d today, 7 of you beat that previous best time!  The new best time is 6:22 (Alyssa), more than 3 minutes faster than the previous top mark, and cutting her own previous best in half!  Ridiculous work, as always, guys and gals.  Can’t wait to see what you do to this workout tomorrow.
CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
Stamina:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
– Row 500M
– 200M Farmers Carry, 53/35 lb kettlebells
– 20 Overhead Lunges, 45/25 lb plate
