You kinda feel like a badass after getting through “Angie”… I think you would feel like a badass even if you just did the 100 pullups.  I also think you would feel like a badass by wearing these socks.  Claire, by all definitions, YOU ARE A BADASS.
Matis takes the cake again on “Angie”, with a superhuman time of 14:30.  Will someone kneecap this guy, already?  Just kidding, I’m really proud of you, except when I’m competing against you in these benchmark WODs.  Just kidding again…
Last but not least, today was a huge effort by Athena, who powered through the workout as prescribed with a 6-pullup max, and in the process absolutely killed her hands, which now look like the inside of a medium-rare steak.  She’s tough as nails, and she’s a highschool freshman.  Look out!
Nancy sounds like an easy workout, just by the name.  This one will be a piece of cake.
