Just a few takers on this morning’s WOD, which lined up Rowing with GHD Back Extensions for a nasty little complementary couplet. ¬†Great work to Ryan Matis, Colleen and Heather who achieved supreme domination of the leaderboard, each rowing more than 1500M and completing at least 120 Back Extensions in 16 minutes!
We have a fun workout in store on Saturday, introducing a lateral jumping movement that will be sure to challenge everyone’s coordination, accuracy, power and endurance!
