Split the following with a partner, and go for AMRAP in 20 minutes:
– 21 Inverted Burpees
– 15 Tire Flips
– 900M Row
– Except for the Row, both partners can be working at the same time, but you must complete each round in order and partners cannot be working on two different exercises at the same time.
– Tire Flips can be done individually or together
– The Inverted Burpees and the Row can be split however the partner team chooses
– An Inverted Burpee is a kick up to a handstand on the wall, followed by laying on your back and kicking your feet over your head to touch the ground. Dig it.
