This workout is designed to test your ability to start getting pulling reps in when you’re tired, and then to stay on the bar/rings as long as possible.
Skillwork:  Muscle-ups, Pull-ups
Work Capacity:
5 rounds for max reps:
– Sprint 200M
– Max effort Muscle-ups or Pull-ups
– Rest 2 minutes
