Hope everyone had an awesome, relaxing Turkey Weekend! Now, grudgingly, it’s time to get back to work. This week we’ll focus our practice on Overhead Squats, using different techniques to get more comfortable pressing, squatting and holding in the overhead position.
On Monday we will start by finding our 1 rep max in the Overhead Squat, which we will then use as a reference point for the rest of the week.
