Watching the CF Games, getting pumped for the ESAC!  Great job on those ESAC WODs today, people.
Competitors:  Drink tons of water, eat some good food including plenty of carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta if you can handle it, hell, eat a pizza) so that you have tons of energy stored up for Saturday.  If you feel good tomorrow, go ahead and get one more workout in.  If you’re sore and feel like it’s a rest day, IT’S A REST DAY!
