Strength:  10 minutes to find your heaviest weight to do 5 Front Squats followed by 5 Push Press.  The bar cannot touch the ground (or rack, nice try guys)

– 50 Double Unders
– 21 Front Squats, 115/75 lbs
– 21 Push Press, 115/75
– 50 Double Unders
– 15 Front Squats, 115/75 lbs
– 15 Push Press, 115/75 lbs
– 50 Double Unders
– 9 Front Squats, 115/75 lbs
– 9 Push Press, 115/75 lbs
CrossFit Light (7am)
Skillwork:  Snatch
Work Capacity:
Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes:
– Run 800M
– 30 Snatches, 65/35 lbs
– As many Burpee Bar Jumpovers as possible in the remaining time
