Happy Halloween!!  In honor of this kids’ holiday, the 5:30 class is cancelled tomorrow.  Everyone get out there and get some Paleo candy…
Remember we also have Open Gym from 12:00pm to 1:30pm tomorrow as well.
CrossFit (6am)
Strength:  2 Back Squats every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes total
Teamwork:
Working with a partner complete the following for time.  Only one person can be working at a time but you can split the reps as you’d like:
– 100 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
– 75 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
– 50 Pull-ups
CrossFit Light (7am)
Strength:  Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Work Capacity:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:
– Overhead Squat, 45/15 lbs
– Box Jump, 24/20″
– Sit-up
