I still have 399 pushups to do before midnight, so I’ll keep this short.  Thursday is Abs Day, with Burpees and bar-hanging Knees to Elbows (or Knee-Ups) to challenge your middle.  Let’s get it done!

– 7 Burpees
– 7 Knees to Elbows
