We’ll work on some fun ring techniques on Wednesday, and then dig into this 21-minute (you read it right!) AMRAP couplet that will definitely tax your pushing capacity as well as your overall conditioning.  Kill it!
Work Capacity:
As many rounds as possible in 21 minutes:
– 7 Ring Dips
– 14 Burpees
